We recommend you to book your tickets for the boat rides on-line in advance:
Boat rides Konigssee
Winter season: Until April 24, 2026, the boats only go to the St. Bartholomä station. The first boat leaves daily at 9:45 am
Summer season: From April 25, 2026, the boats go to the final station of Salet. The first boat leaves daily at 9:00 am
St. Bartholomä: The journey takes about 35 minutes. Here you will find the iconic red-domed church and a restaurant.
Salet (summer only): The journey from the pier takes about 50 minutes. From the Salet stop, you can walk to the Obersee lake in 15 minutes and then to the Röthbachfall waterfall.
Itinerary for your visit to Konigssee:
- The pick-up time is up to you, we recommend leaving in the morning between 7:00 am and 9:00 am from Salzburg
- The journey from Salzburg to Konigssee takes about 45 minutes
- The recommended time to visit Konigssee is 3 hours, which is also included in the price of the trip
- If you want to extend your visit of Hallstatt, this is possible for an additional fee of 40 euros per hour
- Our offer does not include entrance fees

- Driver will recommend you restaurants and must-see scenic spots to make your visit more efficient
- Our driver will pick you up at the door of your accommodation in Salzburg
- Drop-off in Konigssee is Parking place next to the Tourist-Information office
- On the way to your next stop Eagle´s Nest, our driver will pick you up at the same place where he dropped you off in the morning
