When you do reservation on our website than we will require Deposit from you. The Deposit is required everytime.
Deposit is paid Online in EURO via secured websites where you will be redirected.
Deposit is requested via GoPay Secured payment system.
ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS:
Rest of price will be paid by cash to the driver in EUR on date of trip.
We dont accept credit card payment in the car.
All our prices includes VAT 21%

Cancellation policy
- If you cancel your reservation at least 10days before your trip than we will send your deposit back to you.
- If you cancel your reservation later than just 10days before your trip than your depsoit is not refundable.
- Cancellation must be send to info@eushuttlebus.com at least 10days before your trip.
- Manipulation fee of 4 EUR is non-refundable in every case.
Changes
When you want make a change of date or time.Than we will try to do maximum to change your request. BUT could happen than our cars would be already reserved for other customers.
EU Shuttlebus Group proceed with the processing of customers' personal data in accordance with law no. 101/2000 Coll., On protection of personal data and amending certain laws, as amended (hereinafter the "Law for the Protection of Personal Data"), and derived personal data is treated confidentially.
