Villach 
The center is located at the confluence of the Dráva and Gail rivers, approximately 10 kilometers north of the Slovenian and Italian borders. There are many lakes around the city, such as Ossiacher See, Faaker See, Silbersee, Vassacher See, Magdalensee and St. Leonhard See. Villach is also surrounded by the ridges of the Gailtal Alps and Karavanek. It is the center of winter sports and summer tourism and is an important transport hub for the entire area of southern Austria and the entire Alpine-Adriatic region.
