Fussen - Castle Neuschwanstein 
Füssen is a picturesque historic town in the Bavarian Alps on the Lech River and on the Austrian border. Above the town is a medieval castle with a gallery and in the town are the remains of the former St. Mang monastery. There are a number of lakes around the town, at the end of the 19th century King Ludwig II of Bavaria had the romantic Neuschwanstein Castle built near the town.
